It’s all about perspective. The angel that Luke Hamill used in creating this cover shot makes it appear as if Andre’s already ample penis is 20 inches. Objects in the photo are - in this case - (slightly) smaller than they appear. Perspective provides “enhancement” to the boy’s performance as well.
